Irene has won her third selection competition for the provincial championships for Dressage at third level with her mount Volant. In doing so she won the regional championships for the area where we live. Congratulations!

An interesting detail is the fact that she fell off a horse just before the New Year, damaging her collarbone pretty bad. Even more interesting: 8 days later she was back on Volant to train for the selection competition three days later, winning it thanks to Volant. He is very reliable and light on the bit, so Irene could ride him despite her injury.
She is one tough cookie :-)
