American top eventer Darren Chiacchia has been seriously injured after a fall at the the prestigious Red Hills Horse Trials in Florida. It was a tragic day as two horses died at the same event. A necropsy will be performed on both horses to determine the cause of death. Event organisers are holding a press conference at the end of the competition to discuss the accidents.
